- The application form must be completed and works submitted ONLY through this form.
- Images must be uploaded within the specified time frame, with no delays beyond the stated deadline.
- Participants must be individuals, not institutions.
- Participants are allowed to submit up to three images and can participate in any ONE category only.
- Participants must be at least 14 years old.
- The participant guarantees that the submitted images have not won any local or international awards, or the prize will be withdrawn if the image wins.
- The photographer guarantees that they fully own the rights to the submitted images.
- The same image cannot be submitted to more than one category.
- Images that do not represent or are inconsistent with religion, culture, public morals, and authentic Emirati customs and traditions are not allowed.
- All submitted (winning) works become the property of the Fujairah Culture and Media Authority, and it reserves the right to use, reproduce, or publish them locally or internationally while preserving the participant’s intellectual rights by mentioning their name wherever the work is published.
- Submitting the application is considered prior acceptance of the award’s terms and conditions.
- Participants may not use, disclose, or submit the images to any competitions, exhibitions, or other events, or publish them in any media during the award period.
- Participants are responsible for any individuals appearing in their submitted works, and the Authority is not liable for any legal responsibilities in this regard.

Terms & Conditions
- No technical modifications to the images are allowed that would affect their authenticity or originality.
- Images must not contain any logos, signatures, names, frames, borders, symbols, dates, or other marks added by the participant.
- Images must be submitted in JPG format, and the winners will be required to provide images in RAW format.
- The image resolution must be at least 300 DPI.
- The photographer must have executed all stages of the process (photography, editing, and output) and bears technical and legal responsibility for it.
- Works will not be accepted if there are technical challenges related to camera cleanliness.
- Works submitted for the first and second categories must have been produced in the current year (2024-2025) and taken in Fujairah only.
- Works submitted for the third category can be from any location worldwide.
